Afsal Abdu P is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in software development life cycle. He has extensive experience in implementing InfoSphere Datastage 8.1,8.7,9.1,11.5 (server and parallel jobs) as ETL Tool in Data warehouse environment. Afsal is an expert in UNIX, SQL and DB2, and has experience in handling Production Support. He is also experienced in working with execution of the scheduled jobs by using TWS, AirFlow and Autosys. Afsal's expertise extends beyond software development. He has developed a Parser to convert TWS jobs to Airflow DAGs in Python, which helped other teams as well for implementing Airflow and helped the company to save millions of dollars each year. Afsal is currently pursuing an online PG diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
